Burmarket Terms and Conditions

1. Provider identification

Burmarket is a service provided by BeachValencia Luxury SL, registered in the corresponding Commercial Registry, headquartered in Spain. Tax and contact data: to be added in version 1.0.0.

2. Service object

Burmarket offers registered individuals and legal entities access to a stock market analysis platform based on public market data, algorithmic scoring and portfolio tracking tools. The service does not constitute financial advice (see Statement of Non-Financial Advice).

3. Registration and user account

Access requires prior registration with a valid email. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any activity carried out under their account. Burmarket may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The content, scores, analyses, trademarks and design of Burmarket are the property of BeachValencia Luxury SL or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation without express authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

Without prejudice to the Statement of Non-Financial Advice, BeachValencia Luxury SL shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, errors in price feeds supplied by third parties, or decisions made by the user based on the information shown.

6. Amendments

Burmarket reserves the right to modify these terms. Future versions will be notified to the user and will require renewed acceptance when they involve substantial changes.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

TODO_REVIEW_LEGAL: jurisdiction clauses, competent courts, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and reference to MiFID II / GDPR pending final drafting by counsel.
